Automatic Wire Fence Weaving Machine with Double Input

On 1988, design and manufacturing works of wire fence machinery had started. Studies for developing new models in connection with market conditions and user requests had continued. On 2000, we have manufactured ADF 3 Automatic Wire Fence Weaving Machine(Double Spiral Chain Link Fence Machine). This type machinery has two wire inputs. Weaving with double wire input method had maintained two times increase in capacity. During machinery design, efficiency, being easy to use and silent working as well as labor security is considered.

Automatic Wire Fence Weaving Machine(Double Spiral Chain Link Fence Machine) manufactures automatically with the following work order:

Two wires are simultaneously being formatted in moulds. Process of screwing to the wire, which remains ready within a channel, is being realized. Weaving process is ending at fence height. Both wires are being cut simultaneously. Both of the open ends are being folded inside and closed. Woven wire is being rolled.

During serial manufacturing, user staff separate the woven rolls from each other and connect. Machine warns the user with audible alert when wire roll reaches to the requested measurement. When wire coil is consumed, it feeds the new wire coil to the machine. During manufacturing and design of the machinery, it is suggested that all applications shall be implemented by a single professional. Mould replacement, seize changing processes can also be implemented by a single person. There are two separate automatic stoppage system for two different faults: Mixture of wire within coil and not being fed to the machinery appropriately. Tangling on weaving process within channel. These systems are reducing time losses and wastages to minimum. Maximum wastage, suggested for machine, is 1 %. Machine capacity is changing with eye gap size. Machine is manufacturing 120 m2 per hour at 7 x 7 cm eye gap. When eye gap is 5 x 5 cm, capacity reduces to 100 square meters. Capacity varies with wire diameter, wire quality and fence height. These changes are at small rates.

There is no need to have advanced technical information for users. Instructions within user's guide are sufficient. However, in case of being possible, users are being trained by us. This on machine training takes two days. Machine is moved in single piece. It needs a working area of 6 x 4 meters. Ceiling height should be 2,5 meters.

Automatic Wire Fence Weaving Machine(Double Spiral Chain Link Fence Machine) needs 3 phase electrical current. It operates with 320 volts and 50 Hz standard values. We can manufacture specially for 480 volts and 60 Hz. Machine can weave maximum 3,2 mm and minimum 2 mm wire diameters. It can weave PVC coated wires with same internal diameters.

We have exhibited our products in various international specialization fairs up today. ADF 3 model(Double Spiral Chain Link Fence Machine) had drawn intense interest on 2004 and 2006 during WIRE fairs, organized in Germany. Currently this model machine is being operated within more than 30 countries.
